The simplest route for teams that want the whole building ready, private and easy to use.

Self-Hosted HQ gives your team exclusive use of YourHQ without paying for support you do not need. It works well when you already have someone internally who can own the agenda, greet the team and run the day.

Digital onboarding is completed in advance. Secure access is arranged. The building is ready, the screens are set, the coffee is available, and your team uses the space as its own private headquarters for the day.

Use YourHQ weekly, monthly or on an agreed regular pattern for leadership days, hybrid working, board meetings, client sessions or internal project days. Hosted and self-hosted arrangements can be agreed around frequency, use and support needed.

The practical questions before you book.

Can we have exclusive use of the whole building?

Yes. YourHQ is designed for exclusive use, giving your team access to multiple floors for presentations, breakouts, hospitality, private conversations and informal working.

How many people can attend?

The building can support up to 100 delegates for suitable formats. Self-Hosted HQ bookings are normally suited to up to 80 guests, depending on layout, timings and use.

What type of events work best at YourHQ?

YourHQ works well for leadership days, board sessions, client presentations, company updates, training days, project workshops, partner events, product launches, private dining and regular team gatherings.

Can we use different floors for different parts of the day?

Yes. Most bookings use the building in stages, with one floor for arrival or hospitality, another for presentations or workshops, and quieter areas for breakouts, meetings or private conversations.

Do you help shape the layout and flow of the day?

Yes. Once we understand the purpose of the booking, we can help shape the best use of the building, including arrival, presentation areas, breakout spaces, food and drink, branding and timings.

What is the difference between Self-Hosted HQ and Hosted HQ?

Self-Hosted HQ is prepared in advance, digitally onboarded and then run independently by your team. Hosted HQ adds more support from the YourHQ team around setup, hospitality and the flow of the day.

Can we use YourHQ regularly rather than just for one day?

Yes. Partner Plans are designed for businesses that want a regular private HQ rhythm without taking on a full-time office lease. They can be agreed on a hosted or self-hosted basis depending on frequency, use and support needed.

Can we brand the building for our company?

Yes. Digital screens across the building can be used for company branding, messaging, agendas, welcome screens and internal communications.

Can we bring our own catering?

Yes. We can recommend trusted catering partners, but businesses can also arrange their own catering, provided it is suitable for the building and agreed in advance.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol may be permitted by agreement for suitable corporate bookings. Bar service can also be added separately where required.

What are the usual hire hours?

Hire arrangements are flexible depending on the format. Standard daytime use is available, with evenings on request.

Is there parking?

Yes. There are three parking spaces available at the building. Additional parking is available nearby in a large off-site multi-storey car park, with overnight parking options just metres from YourHQ.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A 25% booking deposit secures the date, with the balance due 14 days before the booking. A refundable security deposit may also be required depending on the format, timings and nature of the booking.

Can we view the building before booking?

Yes. Use the enquiry form, call the number below, or ask to arrange a viewing so we can talk through the best setup for your day. Floor plans and layout information can also be shared before you book.
