Yes. Day Hire gives you exclusive use of the building, with multiple floors for sessions, breakouts, hospitality and informal conversation.

How many people can attend?

The building can support up to 100 delegates, depending on the format and layout of the day.

What are the usual hire hours?

Standard Day Hire is 7am to 7pm. Evening use is available on request.

Are bar and catering included?

No. Bar and catering are optional add-ons, so the day can be tailored around the event rather than forced into a fixed package.

Can we brand the building for our company?

Yes. Digital screens at the coffee stations can be used for company branding and messaging. Send us the content and we can set it up.

Can event planners book on behalf of clients?

Yes. YourHQ is suitable for event planners and corporate bookers sourcing a private venue for client events, leadership days and company gatherings.
